“Amazing experience with a wonderful pilot Damien. Made arrangements for a ballon ride surprising my girlfriend with a marriage proposal during the flight. BTW girlfriend is/was afraid heights. Damien walked her through everything step by set as we helped to set up the ballon and settled her fears during the flight as well. It was amazing ride over Lake Norman and one we will never forget for the rest of our life. “Bilo usually has the shelves stocked. It's clean and the bathrooms are usually clean too. My kids love coming to the bakery to see if they have free cookies. Beware though they don't always have them. I buy almost all my meat here. They usually have a great deals on things. I love the rewards program and have been able to fill my car up fairly cheap”

“Really very good. I was pleasantly surprised by the quality, taste and value. The menu is not overwhelmingly extensive and I think that's why the quality and flavor is there. I enjoyed the "Fat Albert" that really was loaded with thin sliced ham, lettuce, thick slice tomato and just the right amount of mayo (not so much that it is all you taste while the inside of your sandwich slides all round, but enough to add moisture to the toasted bread a just a bit more flavor) on perfectly toasted (not too toasted where is crumbles away in your hands, and not under toasted where it densingrates under the weight of the filling) wheat bread. Not that my opinion holds much weight but definitely don't judge a book by its cover here. It was a very clean environment and the staff were very friendly and helpful.”
