He informed me because of the age of the unit he had to order a special part. A short time later he had the part and installed the part without incident. His price for the job was competitive with the market in Rock Hill. His office staff was always there and notified me when the part came in and set up a quick appointment. The liner looks incredible, and the cover is exactly what I wanted. He helped to make sure the product worked for my needs, and most importantly he made sure to explain everything to me to make sure I knew what I was getting from a benefits perspective. Installation went extremely smooth, as he and Drew got everything completed within a few days of purchase.
