This is a Safe, Quiet, Well Managed Community with Clean, Spacious Apartments. It is important to me to live in a safe community and Brentwood, TN is ranked #1 for "safety" and "quality of life" in middle Tennessee. Lucky to have incredibly professional and helpful Community Manager and Maintenance Manager. As I sign my 4th Lease, I feel very comfortable recommending the "Estates at Brentwood" to others. This is a wonderful community to call home and easily deserves 5 Stars ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐. Thank you for all that you do! CB/LS

(December 10, 2021, 7:21 pm)Truly enjoy living here. The staff is very friendly. Whenever a problems comes up. They are very quick to take care of the problem. Maintenance are doing a great job. Very friendly and quick to repair things. I can't wait for this summer to enjoy the swimming pool. Hopefully we can have singles pool party or even just a pool party. Where we can get to meet each other. I highly recommend 👌 that people come check out Estates of Brentwood. When looking for a place to live. You truly can't go wrong moving here.

(October 20, 2021, 1:06 pm)Estates at Brentwood is a great community for all ages! The office staff and maintenance staff are kind, reliable, and just AWESOME! I've never had to wait more than a two days for a repair! The office is great at communicating and keeping tenants informed of events/rules.
Everyone is very easy to work!
There are lots of active people in the community! My kids and i really enjoy the community ! I love living in a clean, safe, and well managed community!
Thanks a bunch you guys!!!!
