We were the first tenants in after a remodel, and we had a lot of really great features, such as granite counter tops and hardwood floors. Chris is personable and was flexible with us on a number of things. We planned to live at this property until we could purchase a home, and the only reason we no longer live here is a job change that took us across the country.

(July 22, 2020, 10:56 am)Chris is always ‘right there’ when we call. Upon our moving an antique piano into the unit, he went under the house to jack up the floor joist to secure the weight. He never gave up on our refrigerator, he’s brought it back to life a couple of times. Works great. And when the water heater flooded the garage, Chris got it replaced in record time. Professional, personal service.
