They are able to work me into their schedule rather quickly when needed. Things seem to
be progressing in the right
direction with my treatment.

Dr. Alex and his amazing team (Maleah, Malaysia, Angelica) delivered on their promise to give me the perfect smile.They took time to explain each step in the process and were innovative, thoughtful, caring and fun. I already have my oldest daughter in their treatment plan. Very grateful for the team at Genuine Orthodontics.

I have been meaning to do this review for a year! I’m still loving my smile, and I can’t say enough good things about Dr. Alex and the staff at Genuine Orthodontics. I had consultations with several orthodontists before meeting Dr. Alex. At all the others, I felt like just a number in a line and even had one recommend I get full adult braces for at least a year. Dr. Alex and Maleah were extremely welcoming and did genuinely (pun intended) care about me as a person. Dr. Alex was able to do his in-house aligners in half the time at about half the price! Bonus points that literally no one noticed I had aligners, and I teach music lessons to 25 students a week. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

The most caring service I've ever seen, my partner's bottom retainer popped off and they took them in even as a new patient with less than an hour til close. We rushed over and they let me go back as well without me asking, and explained everything going on and costs. We were in and out in 20 minutes! We will definitely be back!

I will admit I did not understand the role an orthodontist could play in adults and adults in emergencies. Our family had an emergency which required being seen quickly to coordinate with an oral surgeon. Not only were we prioritized and seen but we were seen within an hour. There is truly no way to express our gratitude but I hope writing this review serves as a thank you! Dr. Alex and his staff are absolutely fantastic. I no longer have to search for our young daughter’s orthodontist because there is no doubt we have found the perfect one. So…if you are looking for an orthodontist look no more. You won’t find anyone better in the area. HUGE thank you and you all have our highest recommendation. I have already given your name to several co-workers because we have seen the quality of your work.
