Best Pest Control Service in town! very pleased with the knowledge and thoroughness their technicians bring to the job. They are most attentive to customer concerns and requests. Today was service day for me and David was the best technician yet. Yeah! Priority Pest Protection Services.

I have been extremely pleased with the service provided by Priority Pest. On their first visit, they spent over an hour checking every inch of our house - including attic & garage. Our bug problem was resolved in only 2 visits! We had previously used 2 other services with countless more expensive visits that did not help at all. I highly recommend Priority. Their employees are very knowledgeable, friendly, and reasonably priced.

I have been having a terrible problem with gnats (or something). It was passed my regular service time, but I could not stand having these things flying around. So, I called and asked for someone to come out. Today Walter Reed came and went way beyond what I could have expected. He did a great job and I believe my problem is solved! Mr. Reed had a sweet spirit and did a fantastic job. I appreciate him and his work ethic and his willingness to get the job done with a good attitude.

Great experience with Priority! They came out, did an inspection, quoted us fair prices on site, and didn't push to get the contract. They understood we were going to get quotes from several places, but would be in touch as soon as we made our decision. We called back the next week and booked them. Both guys that came out were pleasures to work with, and the folks on the phone have always been pleasant as well. When the gentleman came out to do the first treatment, he was a joy. Showed us everything he was doing, was personable, and showed us real time as we saw bug die. We have a pretty bad spot of wood bees on our deck out back, and they (excuse the pun) literally dropped like flies. We also had them spray for mosquitos as our home backs up to woods, and it felt like a different back yard the next day.

Our first introduction to Priority Pest and owner Toby Lane was 3 years ago when we moved into our new home in Mt. Juliet, TN. Our community is new construction and will have over 1,000 houses. We thought it made sense to our HOA to seek presentations and quotes for pest services so we interviewed 6 companies and invited 4 to make presentations to us.

Priority Pest presented the most affordable price and offered to provide more services for that price (with no contract). An example was their willingness to treat our homes for Brown Recluse Spiders if we ever had that at no additional charge.

We signed up for their quarterly home pest service and annual termite inspection. We have received their services for 2 1/2 years and we are very satisfied with their company’s work. We like the fact that we have the same technician every time and when I call the response is quick. When we call their office a person answers the phone and not a machine.

We highly recommend this local Mt. Juliet company to anyone considering Pest Service.
