  So friendly and helpful. Robert was able to find our car and made the buying process so easy along with his finance manager whose name i cannot remember for the life of me BUT regardless even the other people there were all nice and welcoming made you feel at home and not pushy like some other places. Very satisfied customer!!

  It was really nice to return for service on my newly acquired VW Jetta purchased for my grand-daughter. The Service department and technicians were really great. They listened to all my concerns and I was informed how long it would take to complete. Social distancing was accomplished by seating and everyone was wearing face coverings. I do miss the complimentary car washes.

  Excellent service staff. Minimum wait time for my oil change. In and out in approximately an hour. Never had a problem with the service, and have been taking my car there for oil changes for about 4 years. However, I would suggest shopping around for any other services, and it might be because I am on a fixed income, but other repairs seems a bit out of my price range. But still, EXCELLENT service staff, pleasant, professional, and knowledgeable.

  Looking for a used car for my son heading to college and ran across a 2015 Ford Escape that was well priced so we decided to check it out. I reached out about its availability and was contacted by Rudy. Rudy may very well be the best salesman I've ever worked with. He was polite, easy going, knowledgeable, and never resorted to any pressure tactics while my son and I test drove and examined the vehicle. Once we decided to talk numbers, Rudy asked very straightforward questions and made sure we were well-informed of what-meant-what all along the way. I told him exactly what our budget was and, after a brief conversation with his sales manager, assured me they could work with my numbers. Honestly, the car was well serviced and taken care of, they gave us plenty of room to talk it over and decide, and never once pushed us to make a decision just to make the sale. Robert in financing was outstanding as well. Easy-going and knowledgeable and explained all our options to us. Both of these guys made the experience top-class! I honestly looked around thinking -- if I had the money, I would have probably driven away with two vehicles instead of just one!
  
  When I make these kinds of big purchases for my family, all I want is honesty, transparency, and kindness knowing this kind of a purchase is a BIG DEAL and deserves patience and trust. These guys delivered it all in spades. And be sure to treat them the same in return! Trust me, it's worth your time and money to do business with these folks.
