If you are looking for tile, look no further and schedule an appointment with Kirsten Graham! I’ve been looking everywhere trying to find a tile combination for an upcoming bathroom remodel and was amazed by the options at Floor & Decor and the outstanding service. I gave Kirsten a couple ideas and she took it from there to give me the perfect ensemble, including the color of grout. Kirsten is very calm in her approach, has a good eye, skilled in design, and is very easy to work with... I couldn’t be happier.

We went to floor and decor today to pick out hardwood and tile for our home. (Our crazy kiddos flooded the upstairs). We ask for assistance when we arrived because we wanted to match what was already in our home as closely as possible. We had no idea how lucky we were about to get!

Mr.Norbert was the associate that came up to help us. He was absolutely DELIGHTFUL! He was not only incredibly knowledgeable of the products offered at his store, but more importantly he was one of the kindest and most patient sales associates I have ever encountered. He definitely turned an outing that we were dreading into one of my favorite parts of our weekend!!!

We purchased tile, got it home and didn't like it. Floor & Decor made the return a very easy process. The aasociate, Steve, helped us coordinate the walls and floor. He patiently waited while we hashed out the choices and he gave inputs for the perfect outcome. Everyone was friendly, the store was clean. Would recommend shopping here and Steve for sure.

Billend was so helpful. We didn’t know everything we needed for the job but he was patient and genuinely happy to help. We grabbed a bag of grout that was too big for the job we were planning and he recognized it based on our initial conversation. Also recommended the tools that were more cost effective for the one time use we needed. Thanks for the great customer service!
