  Dr Kopp was so great in treating my dogs emergency eye ulcer. He took the time to research the best treatment plan & saved my baby’s eye. I am so grateful!!❤️

  We are traveling thru Tennessee and our cat got sick. They were able to get him in that day. Even though we didn't get to see the vet, Dr. Pennington did call us and give us an update on our cat. He was so thorough and kind. Had our kitty home a couple hours later on antibiotics and pain medicine. All the office staff were also very kind. If I lived here they would definitely be my vet.

  Both the doctor and technician were great with Crosby! They were easy for me to talk to, completely respectful of any decisions I made regarding my pet, and overall just kind people. The facility is clean and everything was on time and organized.

  These folks are the absolute best! From the time I entered to the time I left, they took care of me and my moms guinea pig, Tiny Tim. The way they talked to him and the way they handled him, just so sweet, respectful, kind, and loving. I was SOOOO impressed! And he’s feeling so much better thanks to their care. ❤️❤️
