  Excellent agency: immediate courteous and friendly response to inquiries to include claims. Readily available , he even returns calls in follow up to late afternoon voice messages ???? Mr. Branscome provides stellar personal customer service of which is rare in these digital inpersonal times. Highly and frequently recommended ????????

  I am so pleased with Dexter Branscome and the entire team. Some insurance companies are more patient than others, and patience is a very important virtue that Dexter definitely has. He took all the time I needed to understand all of the different options, and I didn't feel pressured to buy more coverage than I really needed. This company helped me really plan for the future - not just sell a product.

  I was getting so sick of keeping up with all of my insurance policies and providers. I did some research and came across Nashville Music City Insurance Agency LLC. Their rates were very good and they had some good referrals, so I went to visit with Dexter. He helped me get an all in one rate that insures everything. Not only is it easy and it makes sense, its gonna save me a bundle of money over the next year. Thanks Dexter.

  Dexter Branscome is more than a fabulous insurance agent, he's a delightful business man and great supporter of buying local to support Nashville. I was referred to Dexter shortly after my husband passed away. I told him up front that I didn't know anything about insurance. Unlike the other agents I interviewed, he did not assume that statement meant I was stupid, instead he treated me like a smart woman who just lacked knowledge in this one area. He explained everything in detail, not just what the coverage was, but what it meant to me on a practical level.
  
  He totally had me hooked, however, when I suggested a few areas of coverage and he advised against them, saying the coverage was not what my situation required. Most other sales people would have sold me the coverage anyway. Dexter is looking for establishing long-term relationships with his clients, and is all about providing the best service for them.
  
  In addition, he's the king of networking. He is focused on the community of Nashville and since he focuses on keeping much of his spending local, he knows a lot of the business community. He's referred me to several great contacts over the years, bolstering my business and professional lives.
  
  Dexter is a Nashville treasure, and I cannot recommend him highly enough
