I had a great experience when I needed to cash my check with Nelson, Desiree, and Melissa! They we’re just closing up, and had no problem with attending me. Of course receiving my funds was great, but the time it took I was filled with joy, laughter, and happiness. Almost bonded as if we were friends grabbing a bite to eat. I will definitely come back to this regions just to receive a smile for the day 🙏🏽🙏🏽🙏🏽.

This is a great place to bank they are helpful with all things. Desiree and Bill are always helpful. Wonderful staff altogether no matter who helps you. Terrific team.

This is the best bank for customer service. I started at Chase and they would not help open an account. We walked in and they were so helpful. I have my daughter account at this Regions and they have been great with customer service. Tim was so helpful and so was the manager. They helped a young girl I am working with get on her feet by opening account when she is from out of state. Most banks will not give you the time of day. This one went above and beyond. I have my revolving line of credit through them and they have been great.
