The Pointe at Stafford is a wonderful place to call home. I have resided here for more than 20 years. The staff is wonderful, polite and always prepared during any situation that arises. Terry, Megan, Dane and Juan are the best of the best. The grounds are well maintained. The complex is quiet. I have enjoyed every moment living here. If your are in the process of making a change to your living arrangements, consider the Pointe. Come visit to see why I have called this my home for so many years.

Updating because I am just still thrilled by how great the staff is here. They really treat us as with care. Customer service is great. Each month the staff goes out of their way to get to know us. Since moving in, there have been countless events and several maintenance projects (power washing, adding mulch to the parks, roofing) that allows me to know that our rent goes beyond expectations.

August 2021:
I have been here for about a month now. The staff (Megan and Terry) were very helpful in ensuring that I understood my lease before signing and also allowed a close friend to look at the space before signing. I appreciated that. Terry had a YouTube video online of the space that helped a lot as well. The apartment shows signs of being dated, as do all, but it was very clean upon move-in regardless. Any maintenance concerns were fixed immediately and the maintenance crew is friendly and efficient. It's fairly quiet aside from normal building noise during respectful hours. There are nice grounds to walk your dog. The dog park and amenities are up-kept and appreciated. I really have no complaints. Everything has at least met my expectations. I am so relieved for that!

Wonderful place!! Staff nice and friendly, too bad the pool isn’t open on Sundays or later during the week!

Caterina was so very knowledgeable and helpful to us. We were quoted approximately $2400 by a local interior decorator for a drapery project we were working on. All we wanted to do was extend our tabbed drapery panels out to 3.75 inches. The decorator told us we needed all new finials. We were able to purchase post adapters/extenders from Pate-Meadows and use our existing knobs for about $350. We had a few technical issues at first but through phone calls and emails, Caterina walked us through them. Very happy we found them!!

I love their designs! The instructions were excellent. They include both written instructions as well as great illustrations which make them very simple to follow. They do a great job of giving you time-saving tips.
Their customer service was exceptional. Highly recommend them. Would definitely use again. I wish I had discovered them sooner!

LOVE Pate-Meadows!! I purchased a pattern online and found their service and product to be outstanding! I live in Omaha, Nebraska and called to get clarification on part of the directions. Not only did they answer my initial question, but they had great suggestions overall for my project! I have plans to do a few more window treatments in the near future and am planning on ordering only from Pate-Meadows!

Pate Meadows patterns is my "go to". For easy to understand and easy to fabricate window treatments! Yardage is already calculated for you! And she carries the supplies required to complete your project- 1 stop shopping! All you add is face fabric- your time and a window?! Doesn't get any easier than that!
