  I am a barre instructor and also an avid runner. I was experiencing a lot of pain in my lower back/ IT band before I came to Bed and Zen, and now, after only a few classes, my pain in slowly dissipating. The studio is beautiful, bright and clean. The staff is very friendly and the instructors are mindful and intentional with all of their clients. I would recommend Bend and Zen to anyone who is interested in trying Hot Yoga, or to anyone who is looking to slowly stretch and heal their body.

  My favorite place for hot yoga, hands down. Friendliest owner/knows us by name, amazing instructors, relaxing fountain in the studio, and taking safety precautions seriously while adding extra classes to accommodate smaller class sizes. All the love for this place.

  I'm no expert yogi. I travel for work so i go to studios around the east coast. Bend and Zen has me spoiled. The facilities are top-notch, and I've never had a bad teacher, they are understanding and challenging at the same time. This is as good as it gets for beginners to people who can stand on their head

  Wow! Incredible space. Teachers are so welcoming and the place has great vibes. I’ve done hot yoga all over the US and this is one of the most beautiful and uniquely designed studios that I’ve practiced in. Water, mats and towels are also complimentary, which makes it easy on out of town guests. Very nice Bend and Zen!

  From the second you step foot inside until you leave, this yoga studio feels like a breath of fresh air. Everyone here is attentive and the atmosphere is warm, inviting and serene. Each instructor brings their love for yoga and their own electric energy. Check out a class with Amanda if you can (and then prepare yourself for wanting to rearrange your entire schedule so you can take all of her classes). Highly recommend. Five stars.
