    Quick and easy. Was able to fill out the questionnaire online before visit with a link, saving time, and had my new medical report sent to TN homeland security digitally as well. All within less than an hour, including me just hanging around to chat.

    I have been going to Dr.Bollenbaugh for the last 4 years and never once have I ever been disappointed.
    He is on point with everything he does very professional, and always on time never any delays
    Truck drivers if you live in the Nashville Tennessee area or just passing through town and need to get a dot physical and other driver related issues take it from a fellow truck driver he’s your guy.
    Conveniently located at the TA truck stop downtown Nashville across Nissan Stadium it’s perfect for in and out service he gets you back on the road in no time.
