  Loved it here! They took me in right away. The doctor, the assistant and the hygienist (Rosa) were all amazing professionals that walked me through the process and reassured me every step of the way.

  Hands down the best dental office I’ve patronized. Customer service is amazing and their attention to detail is unmatched. The staff have you in and out within an hour with little to no wait times. Highly recommend for any and all of your dental needs. Request Maria as your hygienist and Dr. Patel - they are the best!

  I am thoroughly impressed by everything and everyone!!! From the equipment to the staff to the warm welcome. They've checked off every box for me. I'm highly sensitive to details and they've definitely worked hard to create an amazing dental experience. I love the online check-in process, and the hygienist even made my follow-up appointment to make things easier. Manners go a long way, and everyone here was genuinely polite, kind, and professional. They were knowledgeable, efficient, insightful, and helpful. I felt heard. I felt taken care of. It's how a dentist office should be, and I'm grateful for being their newest patient.

  ATTENTION ATTENTION! HEAR ME AND HEAR ME WELL!!!! I will first start off by saying I am going to be very objective. And honest. I gave them a five star because their office is incredibly clean, the staff from the front desk to the rooms in the back are professional and kind. I am very much in awe about how professional they were on this busy Saturday. I had my wisdom tooth extracted (All 4 on one Saturday). Dr.Osaka did the extraction, I can tell right away he was very competent and knowledgeable, however his customer service skills are horrendous, or his patient to doctor relation is terrible. The minute he pulled my last tooth, he was gone. I literally opened my eyes and he was no longer there. His assistant was a true professional and gave me all the instructions and was kind. The doctor couldn’t even bother to Pat me on the shoulder or say “alright all done buddy” nope, he just went on to the next room to yank some more wisdom teeth out. To his defense they were busy and people were waiting outside, like there was a line outside of the building.
  
  Suggestions: So perhaps they need to work on their scheduling, stop trying to schedule all
  Of Miami shores on one day at the same time.
  Teach Dr.Osaka that it’s okay to be comforting to patients and actually show some amount of care, there’s no crime in developing surface level interpersonal skills.
  
  All in all, great office, and good experience

  Great place, great staff, so helpful!!
  
  These guys saved us when we only had 2 days until our wedding and another shop had messed up our order. We went in an hour before close and left with everything we needed. I will never shop at another store for formalwear because of their amazing service.

  Truly and Awesome place, people our so friendly and inviting. John was so helpful. He helped pick out a prom dress with me and my daughter. I was very impressed with his knowledge about dress styles and fashions. Will go again in future and suggest everyone to check them out. Plus prices our best I seen so far. Thanks Again.
