    I’ve had yoga sessions as well as massage therapy with Amita wellness. Being new to yoga fitness I felt no pressure to do more than what my body was able to do as well as she helping me clear my mind with meditation techniques. She will also find any kinks you may have and worked them out. Thanks and I would definitely go back!

    I have had many experiences in full body massage in my life, but I found Amitawellnesscomsult and the owner, Maryam, to be of the highest calibur practioners in the industry. Nashville is so very fortunate to have her. Another reason we have become the "It" city. She listens to what your needs are and proceeds to make sure they are met. She has the experience in that she offers many modalities that I change them up when need be. A calm environment is what she has at her studio which makes for the finest experience possible. As beautiful as a person she is both inside and out, you would be making a big mistake not booking an appointment with her. Randy S.
