  I started going to Dr Jeff to treat my pain in my feet from standing 14-16 hours a day.
  It was my last option as traditional medicine’s solution was steroid injection in my ankle or a bi or tri lateral fusion surgery.
  Those options didnt seem like viable solutions.
  After a few weeks of acupuncture twice a week, I started to feel a lot less pain in my feet.
  I swear by acupuncture now as pain management vs steroid shots.
  I highly recommend Dr Jeff for acupuncture and pain management.

  I’ve known Dr Jeff for over a decade and a half (since I moved to Tennessee) and he has been my go-to chiropractor for the entire time. Great intuitive adjustments. Excellent acupuncture too!

  Dr. Lamberth has helped me tremendously. He listens and talks to his patient and comes up with the best treatment for that individual. He isnt the one treatment fits all kind of Doctor. I drive from Goodlettsville to see him and will continue to.

  Dr Jeff has taken incredible care of me over the years, and supported me in healing from a traumatic neck injury. He is gentle and intuitive and works alongside you to support your healing process as both a chiro and an acupuncturist. I've seen a lot of practitioners in search of the right one, and would recommend him to anyone!

  I'm not one to typically post google reviews, but this place is worth mentioning. The entire experience was 10/10. Super clean facility, super friendly staff. Not to mention Dr. Jeff Lamberth KNOWS his stuff and left me feeling optimistic about a speedy recovery due to an injury I recently faced. Thank you for making me feel super welcomed and caring so deeply for your patients! Can't wait to be back.
