(June 9, 2019, 5:13 pm)I requested that all my dress pants to have heavy starch. When retrieving clothes, no starch. So, there was a delay, had to wait an additional day. They did apologize. We all make mistakes. All in all the service was good. A little pricey. I have had their services several times after my initial visit.
