Dropped vehicle off evernight..and it was done lunchtime the next day...wonderful service on all phone calls also. A+ and service was great..
Heck yeah, I would recommend them! From the start, they were kind, attentive, and funny! They explained everything in detail... and for me to understand... that’s amazing! Lol. They were also fair and fast! I WILL, 100%, go back to them for any future vehicle needs we may have. Thank you, fellas!
Sam was honest and professional. He was very thorough explaining what was done to fix the issue and told me to come back if I had any problems. Will recommend this place to everyone I know.
I called before I came there, the guy answered and was very nice and professional. They were able to get my camshaft position sensors (bank 1 and 2) replace in about 1.5 hrs. I was able to bring in the parts I bought myself and they charged me for the labor. No fuss or any talk about extra things wrong with my car. The price for labor I guess was fair, I didn’t do much comparing but I do know the amount of work that needed to be done to replace the part which was not whole lot but not really easy either. My car working fine so far no issues.
Sam and the guys have been doing auto work for me for the past 3 years. I’ve never had a problem with service or quality of work. They have always completed the work in a timely manner. If you do your research, you’ll find there prices are much more reasonable than most shops. I don’t see how you could go wrong by choosing master muffler.
