Ascension Saint Thomas Urgent Care - Hermitage

Front desk employee today was pleasant and very polite in handling the wave of patients and their inability to understand that people had scheduled appointments online and that there would be a wait. The NP and DR were also very polite, built rapport, and did not make me feel rushed. The online process was very easy and efficient. I will visit this location again.

I went for a COVID test and everyone was pleasant and very friendly from the receptionist to the lady that took my vitals.
The place looks inviting and very clean. The Doctor explained everything and told me what to expect next.
Hopefully I won’t have to be back but won’t hesitate to book an appointment if I need to.

They were extremely busy, but did a great job of managing all the people. The receptionist was patient and kind, the nurse was thorough hit efficient, and the doctor was available for any questions I had. This place is run very well, and everything is extremely clean.

From the front desk agent, the nurse and the Doctor - everyone was extremely helpful, efficient and professional. I appreciated how much time each health care worker spent with me, and how detailed oriented they are. Extremely helpful and alleviated my symptoms.

The clinic is extremely clean and Covid sensitive. They had air purifiers in every room- masks are mandatory.

Hardly any wait time at all! The check-in process was very quick and very easy! The front office , nurses, and doctor that saw me were very knowledgeable and extremely friendly. The office was very clean which is very important during these times right now! I will definitely come back now that I'm an established patient and look forward to seeing them again.
The only thing that I would like to see changed is please merge the urgent Care with the regular St Thomas doctors offices so that they can share info and easily get medical charts so they are aware of any pre-existing medical conditions or medications that a patient is taking.
