The Hamptons at Woodland Pointe Apartments

My family has lived here for 5 years. It hasn't always been rainbows and Unicorns. Went through property buy out, management changes, as well as maintenance changes. I can say the property manager we have now is the best. Maintenence we have now is good. We are only moving because of our jobs. I would recommend The Hamptons to others .

Amazing!!! Just moved down from the Boston area a few weeks ago, we checked this place out online and moved in sight unseen. Diane and Michael in the office were absolutely incredible in helping make moving here a very easy decision. Michael did a virtual walkthrough for us and it showed the place so well we didn't even need to fly down and check it out. Once we got here, our expectations were blown away. We knew it was going to be nice based on what Diane and Michael told and showed us, and it's even better. Beautiful looking community, the nicest people, dogs, POOL!!! Very grateful we chose The Hamptons as our new home.

My experience so far has been absolutely amazing!!! Mrs Diane is always incredibly helpful and super nice! It has been such a pleasure working with her!!! I'm looking forward to continue receiving excellent customer service from the Woodland Pointe management team and would recommend this beautiful apartment complex to anyone looking for a super nice yet affordable place. extremely close to the airport, and only a few steps from the gorgeous lake!!!Diane is the absolute best apartment manager assistant that I have ever worked with and she always takes time to talk with the residents here!

This apartment neighborhood is just that, a neighborhood. The apartments are well kept and maintenance does a wonderful job keeping up with the work. The office staff led by Mrs Diane is amazing. They are quick to resolve any issues. Mrs Diane has been great to work with.
I would recommend The Hamptons at Woodland Pointe to anyone I know.
