  I went into Music City Outdoors, new and ignorant of many things about kayaking, asking for comparisons of low end models that I had seen elsewhere earlier in my research. I was helped greatly by Blake's knowledge and experience and soon discovered where I needed to be on the lineup of models and brands. He was extremely objective and genuinely interested in helping me to understand so that I could make a good decision, not at all about what he wanted to sell. Then came the actual purchase over several weeks of waiting, thinking and deciding..... Both Greg and Blake were very helpful and accommodating to my needs and wishes and best way to "play the Hobie game" of what models were coming in and available. I feel I got a perfect match of my needs and wants, and it was a result of the helpfulness and professionalism of the staff at Music City Outdoors. Look elsewhere and learn, but when its time to buy, this is the place you need to be. I now own two kayak from Music City Outdoors and have no buyers remorse and believe that I would have been sorry if I had bought at another store based on what little I could learn from their experience, which in some cases was just the poor sales person who attempted to help me, but had no knowledge about what I was wanting to buy. Terms that come to mind every time I think about my experience are, helpful, knowledgeable, professional, kind. I rarely write reviews unless the service is really really poor or really really good and this experience was the latter.
  
  Traveled 2 1/2 hours multiple time to buy 2 kayak, worth every second of the time I spent.

  This place has incredible customer service. They also have knowledge about the outdoors and the products that will make it most enjoyable. I highly recommend coming here.

  Great service and very helpful. I went for the archery section and had a great conversation with Charles. He was incredibly helpful and answered all of my questions and offered great advice based on his experience. I ordered a wrist release and Charles made that easy as well. Thank you

  Charles at Music City Outdoors is great. He took over an hour of his time to walk us through every boat we an interest in. He wasn't trying to push us the most expensive boat rather he wanted to make sure the boats we were looking for truly fit the needs and wants we had for a kayak. He offers the ability to demo any of the boats you are interested in before buying to make sure you like what you are purchasing. I highly recommend them to anyone looking for a kayak or SUP.

  I had a wonderful experience with Greg and Charles! Greg came into the store on a Saturday to let my friend and I check out a Yellowfin 100 that we had been eyeballing online. He spent close to an hour of his day with us, explaining parts of the kayak, suggesting different places to take it, answering all of our questions!! Charles answered a lot of my questions about my car/the best way to transport the kayak. And when I purchased my boat yesterday, Greg spent time with us and really showed me how to securely keep the kayak on my car. It’s not so much about the kayak (which I LOVE), but mostly about their great customer service and knowledge. They are passionate about what they do, and it really shows. Thank you guys so much for everything!! I will definitely be back/direct anyone who asks, to you guys.
