BNA Express Park

Anytime we fly from BNA we use Express Park. Everyone is so friendly ,the buses are very comfortable and they take care of your luggage loading and unloading ,co.ing and going. You simple contact them upon your return with your ticket number and by the time your bus reaches their location your car is ready and waiting for you.

BNA Express Park just became our go-to spot! We were able to drop our car off and make it to the terminal all in about 10 minutes. Once we landed back in Nashville, we sent a text to the number they provided and we did not have to wait at all once we got our luggage from baggage claim! I also have to mention the excellent customer service! Top Notch!

If this place is not already your go-to airport parking lot, it should be!!
Valet parking, and a friendly shuttle driver to take you to (and pick you up from) the airport. They have the car ready and waiting for you, if you text them from the airplane after landing.
They have contracts with many local companies that gets you a discounted rate. For me, that works out to $6.75 a day. For Valet Parking! In an airport lot! Can’t beat that!
They also have complimentary coffee and bottled water, if you need it.

I have used this location several times before and the staff are good and friendly but never had a lot of interactions with them. Today I had a different experience, when I first arrive I was greeted like always very friendly and professional.

When I got in the bus the driver, Jerry, was extremely pleasant. He was very helpful and made the ride to the airport pleasing. Jerry was funny, polite and very helpful. Like I said before I have used this business before, never left a tip and it never bothered me. But because of how nice Jerry was I felt bad that I didnt have cash to leave him a tip, he very well deserved it. So since I couldnt leave him a tip I decided to leave this review.

BNA Express I will continue to your service because of the experience I had with your staff especially Jerry. Jerry I hope to see you again and keep your friendly upbeat attitude it really made my day... thank you
