Caliber Collision

Caliber repaired/replaced the front bumper, grill, and driver's side fender of my vehicle. The repair team did a great job, and my Agent/rep, Al, kept me updated every step of the way. I appreciated getting texts and phone calls to make sure I was aware of any delays and just the general progress throughout.

I had a fantastic experience. Lori took great care in keeping us updated on the progress of the vehicle. I inquired about an additional repair need not covered by my insurance claim. Lori looked at the damage found out most of it was paint transfer. She buffed it out and it looks way better. She did not charge or take advantage of my interest in additional services. Very impressed all around.
