Couldn’t recommend Castle Powersports more highly. Recently moved to Nashville. My prior two Triumphs were from a historic Triumph dealer in LA, but Castle Powersports is just as good and THE place to go for Triumph in Tennessee.

I purchased a new Triumph T-120 from these guys. I had some custom parts installed, including British Customs Sleeper Pro exhaust pipes, but the pipes arrived with some kind of minor manufacturing defect that resulted in them appearing uneven on each side (one pipe jutted up and was not level with the pipe on the other side) when properly installed.

Craig and the guys at Castle (who have good and established relationships with many custom parts suppliers) had a different set of pipes delivered, only to discover, after interacting with the British Customs folks, that all of the their (new) pipes had the same minor defect. This situation was potentially devastating to me- I have always had BC Sleeper Pros on my bikes!

So what did Castle Powersports do? They custom-fabricated a (hidden) bracket that fixed the problem - at no charge! This is only one reason - among many others - why I highly recommend Castle Powersports.

Had most of what I needed. Excellent customer service. Helped fit 3 helmets, including a child. Very helpful and knowledgeable. Would definitely recommend.

Curtis was exceptional is explaining the details of a bike I was interested in and getting it ready for me to test drive. I purchased the bike and drove it home that day. Great overall customer service, I would highly recommend this dealer, and Curtis as a salesman.
