Very kind and knowledgeable. Gave me a heads up when he was on his way which I greatly appreciate. Taught me a lot of helpful facts to keep our carpets clean on a daily basis.

My neighbor was using A Action to get his carpets done for move out. I went over knowing we needed ours done the same week. The tech was great; very friendly and when I explained that my son is special needs in that if exposed to strong fragranced chemicals, he could have a seizure so I was concerned about that, he was nice enough to explain the process and even allow me to smell the pre-treatment they use. He was very professional and didn't seem to mind that I had come over and interrupted what he was doing. We are scheduled to have him come do our carpets Friday!

Our carpet was dirty and smelled bad from dogs running all over it, and the accidents of course, but now it smells and looks great! It looks exactly how it did when we moved in; it went from brown to white! The cleaners are very friendly people, and they gave us advice on carpet treatment as well. I would definitely recommend them to whoever needs their whole carpet area cleaned, or just one spot. You won't be wasting your money!
