Thoughtful dental care. Dr. Jackson was on time, completely honest and knowledgeable about insurance plans and copays, provided a quality exam and cleaning efficiently. Dr. Jackson is approachable and friendly and made my dental care and my understanding of my dental care the focus of the visit. I recommend trying Jackson Family Dental if you are looking for a new dentist.
I never have to wait at this office like I have at others. I arrive, am taken back within 2-3 minutes and am in and out very quickly. Very considerate of us who take time off from work to see the dentist. Dr. Jackson is kind and enjoys explaining all details of my treatment plan as well as answering any questions I have. Plus, the office is very quiet, clean and comfortable.
The new front office assistant, Sarah, is really welcoming and called me by name as I arrived. With a smile, too! So, over all, the service is fast, comfortable and is a pleasant experience in addition to the high quality of care I expect and get.
