They've always gone above and beyond. If for some reason something isn't done right the first time, they'll fix it for free. Great customer service!

(January 4, 2020, 9:45 am)My Pilot was making some nasty grinding noises when I applied pressure to the breaks and even when no pressure was applied. I called Firestone and explained that I was leaving town the next day to head home to Indiana. They got my car in at 3pm on a Saturday and had all the work done by 6pm! They were phenomenal. Probably one of the best auto care experiences I have ever had.
