  I have had nothing but positive experiences with this staff here. I just suffered the terrible loss of my husband leaving me with his hunky off road Rubicon. I feel helpless. Josh took time out of his day to help me with putting my plates back on. He is certainly not required to and he did it out of his own kindness. Something so simple to him, made a mountain of difference to me. I didn't feel alone and his kindness really did more than just help with my plates. He put faith in humanity for me and soothed my pain just a little better for today. Thank u Josh and staff.

  On October 17, 2021, I had my hood open to see if I could figure out what might be causing a sensor warning. Manager Josh Hedrick had just finished helping another customer and came over to see if I needed help. He went through a "mental checklist" and suggested I check the gas cap. The cap was loose. I tightened it, which corrected the sensor. Thank you, Josh, for excellent service. I will return to AutoZone.

  I was having issues with my Nissan Frontier and my girlfriend and I saw AutoZone. We went inside and Joe (Jose) was amazing! He checked the code and also checked the transmission fluid. He was funny and super helpful and went above & beyond to assist me. Thank YOU, Joe!

  These guys are Amazing. Cam was super helpful today. All 3 Associates stopped what they were doing and closed the store doors to help us lift a 454 Motor into the back of our truck. There were several un happy Customers waiting at the front door to get in. These guys went above and beyond to help us. This Autozone has some AMAZING EMPLOYEES. Bryan the Manager ALWAYS takes care of our warrant issues.

  The guy (I don’t know his name=tall,white,thin) was such a sweetheart. He helped put the windshield wipers on my car for me. He was funny and nice. I don’t always see that in customer service.
