Caring and considerate doctors. Dr. Byram has worked to try to identify all issues with my wife and has personally called my wife to check her status and describe the results of her bloodwork.
I have been seeking treatment for my condition since Aug 2017. I have had outward symptoms not supported by blood work so other physicians simply called me with results and said it would probably clear up over time never asking for a return visit. Today I was seen by Dr Sergent and and very helpful resident. I know these doctors are busy but they made me feel like they had all the time in the world for me. They listened to all my complaints asked detailed questions and helped me understand the diagnosis given to me today. They answered all my questions, explained how to reach them if I had more and when I would be coming back to be monitored. I appreciate this clinic and it’s people every patient deserves to feel they have been heard.
This place is amazing. I have been to lots of hospitals and lots of doctors' offices. Everyone is pleasant and acts as if you are the only person they've worked with all day and they are ready to help you right now! Many offices can say that the staff is nice, but this staff go above and beyond to ask all the questions, be sure your needs have been met, and make sure they've dotted all their Is and crossed their Ts. Dr. Annapureddy is also extremely thorough and amazingly patient, especially considering how I babble on. I had been to other rheumies who wanted to start really strong meds immediately without so much as an xray or seeing test results. I was willing to wait for meds just to be sure of a diagnosis and Dr. A's methodology met and exceeded my expectations. This time last year, I was in the bed. Today, I can hike 10 miles and run down the stairs if I so desire. This office, staff, and doctors are a blessing from God to me.
