  Less than a year ago I bought an Rpod 179. I made the purchase at Bankston's Huntsville location as Nashville didn't have the one I wanted. This past week my family and I are on only our fourth trip in the camper. We're staying at a beautiful campground, Turkey Creek, in Western NC. On day two we started having electrical problems. The fridge stopped working on electricity and three outlets were dead. I called Bankston service department in Huntsville and was told, "... if I'm not there I can't help you." He told me to call my warranty service, I knew it is still under warranty so I called them. After over an hour of being on hold I was told I had called the wrong service that I should call another number, so I did. After another hour on hold I was told to call Forest River Rpod tech help, so I did. They asked me for my contract number. I asked contact for what? I explained my situation and asked who can help me. I pointed out the camper is still under warranty. She was not helpful so I hung up and planned to head home. As a last ditch effort I called the Bankston Nashville location . Brad answered the phone and I explained everything. He said they don't have a service department but ask me to go over what was wrong and what I had tried. After listening to me he said did I try pressing the reset on the GFI plug. I told him I hadn't because the GFI plugs that had failed didn't have a reset button. He asked to to look around , that there would be a plug with a reset button. I found an outlet between the bed and the dining seat with a reset. Pressing it resolved my problems. Trip saved! It still amazes me how after hours on my phone nobody had taken the time to listen to me and offer help until I found Brad. Thanks! If I could give 10 stars I would.

  We ordered an Explore and love it! Brad at the Nashville office was wonderful. He was helpful and patient with me. We picked it up Saturday morning. They explained how to open the batwing awnings and all the other stuff. We were camping that night.

  Brad the Salesman is great to work with! Honest, fair, and he is always available to answer any questions after the purchase!
  Jimmy, his right hand man is also awesome. He did a great job of getting everything ready and cleaned up for the long drive back home to Colorado!
