  One of the most amazing staff... this place is always clean smells good all the equipment works,24hr accessible... Parking is never an issue. Tanning beds, suna also great price for membership... this is a hidden Gem Gym!!!

  The day I signed back up for my membership, Nelson made accommodates for me. The following day, I received a text thanking me for joining. A week later, I received a text making sure my personal training was going well. Following up with a member is unheard of now. It is appreciated.
  
  The same day I committed to personal training with Markus Norris (IG: gfit_ness). He listened to what I am personally trying to accomplish and gave me the knowledge I needed. Within 48 hours, I had a fitness and nutritional program for my specific goals. He provides encouragement, motivation, and accountable inside and outside the gym, demonstrates correct form, flexible with his training schedule, & made it so my fitness journey is realistic and attainable.

  I am here basically every morning. Every morning when I go, especially the weekends, it’s like a corner of the world no one knew of. Hardly anyone is there. Overall, it’s a great gym, there are just a couple things that are issues. It doesn’t seem like anyone cleans up the gym at night. Either that, or a huge group comes in and moves equipment and weights all over the place to random areas. There is also tanning that is coming soon, or at least the sign that’s been up for 2 months says that. The sauna is only operational when an employee is there, which I understand, and the urinal in the men’s room doesn’t work well. Besides those few issues that I’m sure they will work out when they are opened a little longer, it’s a great little gym.

  Was in from out of town and stopped by to work out that afternoon. They were incredibly accommodating, letting me get a work out in with a complimentary guest pass, knowing that I would not likely be back to become a member. Plenty of treadmills and other equipment, plus clean showers and pretty large lockers that were able to hold my travel gear for the day too. Would definitely check them out if you're local and are looking for a membership!
