Eric from Fitness Machine Technicians Nashville serviced my Nordick Track treadmill. He called ahead when he was on his way and arrived on time. The service call was for a warranty claim and he quickly diagnosed and fixed the problem. In addition, he vacuumed the motor and controls and lubed/tightened the walking belt which is usually a separate service call. He worked quickly and kept me informed about the work he was doing. I am very satisfied with the work he did and appreciate the extra service as well.

Robert and Aaron were extremely professional and knowledgeable. Aaron called when running late to ensure still ok to come. Respectful by wearing mask, keeping distance without having to ask. Taught us all about our new treadmill! So grateful we found them! Highly recommended.

I had a great experience with this place, they got back to me quickly. A nice guy named Robert took care of me and kept in great communication about my part and scheduling the appointment. The tech came out on time ready to go, super cool dude and he even took time to go over proper maintenance with me and explain why it’s important.

The resistance on our elliptical machine was too difficult even on level 1. Aaron arrived on time, immediately diagnosed the problem and made some adjustments to fix it. He was very personable, knowledgeable, and quick to explain exactly what he was doing. We are extremely satisfied with the service call and would specifically request Aaron if we ever need to deal with FMT again.

This company makes the entire process easy. From setting up the appointment to the work they did on site they were responsive, professional and efficient. Aaron and Eric arrived on time, with the appropriate call ahead, and very efficiently handled the move of our treadmill up a stairway and then completed the set up. They were very helpful in explaining how to use and maintain the machine. I highly recommend their service.
