She also saved me a ton of money by combining all of my policies (home & auto). I believe that you need to KNOW your agent and not just buy into a big corporation where you'll be placed on hold until a rep gets to you. You need a person to call whenever you have a question. Kelly is a awesome insurance agent and great person who cares for her clients. CALL KELLY!!
