  Dr. Bird is the best. He took the time to hear me out, and find a good solution for what was ailing me. I’ve felt better after 6 months in his care, than i did for a decade prior. My pain is 90% gone, and i thought I’d have to deal with It for the rest of my life. Can’t recommend this guy enough.

  My experience with Dr. Burd has been life-changing.
  
  I've had lower back pain for 20 years and I've seen multiple doctors, specialists, physical therapists, surgeons, and massage therapists with little/no relief. My primary care physician told me that I was responsible for my pain because I wasn't dedicated enough to physical therapy and just wanted me to manage pain with OTC meds until I deteriorated enough to justify surgery.
  
  On my very first visit, Dr. Burd told me he knew what was wrong with my back, and that I could stop taking any meds & he could help my pain. I had to fight tears as no doctor ever said anything like that to me.
  
  After my 3rd visit, the 24/7 pain that I had accepted as a part of the rest of my life was gone.
  
  I'm now on month 5 with Dr. Burd's maintenance & my pain continues to be gone and I continue to add more and more physical activity without fear. I love that he preaches nutrition and lifestyle as cornerstones of health.
  
  I was so tired of feeling 40 years older than I am. Now I don't have to. What a miracle.

  I cannot say enough great things about the Foundry Chiropractic. I wish I could send everyone I know to see Dr.Burd—It has improved my quality of life that drastically.
  
  In a year, my entire posture has changed, and I don’t think it is a stretch at all to say that I never quite knew what it felt like to stand up completely straight until I started coming to the Foundry. As you can imagine, this newly found good posture has also improved my confidence and mood tremendously.
  
  In the past I have been to one or two different chiropractors, and I was never quite sold on the process, price, or results.
  I first called Foundry on the recommendation of my HVAC repair man, who offered a ringing endorsement for the effectiveness of the treatment. This is a man who spends his days crawling in crawlspaces, so I thought it was worth a try.
  
  The process at the Foundry is wonderfully different, holistic, and completely based around how I’m doing that day. Dr. Burd takes a scan pre- and post- adjustment. For me, having a measurable and documented account of my progress has made the process so helpful and concretely worthwhile. I also really respect and appreciate that I am only adjusted (and charged) if I need an adjustment that day, and that is determined by my scan. There’s been a handful of times I’ve been sent home rather than be charged for an unnecessary adjustment just because I had an appointment that day. I really respect this model of business and patient-doctor transparency.
  
  After each adjustment, patients are rested in a quiet room (in the most comfortable chair!) for 20 minutes to let the changes take affect. This is a far cry from the “crack my back and go” chiropractors I’d seen in the past, and has made me consider my body and how I use it with a new reverence.
  
  Another thing I love about the care I receive here is that it is so comprehensive. I’m not just adjusted but I’m given exercises to maintain that adjustment. Dr. Burd will go as deep into the weeds as you are willing with stretches, dietary changes, and other additional resources. He and his wife Towne have been a wealth of knowledge.
  
  Finally, I feel like I should mention I walked through the doors of the Foundry with a problem I wasn’t sure I could be solved. I was suffering from roving pain in my body from a past stored trauma. I wasn’t even certain chiropractic work could resolve the issue—the pain in my body would literally be in different spots on different days and I was suffering from intense PTSD. When I first called into explain the situation, Towne warmly encouraged me that this was EXACTLY the type of issue upper cervical chiropractic work can improve. Dr.Burd has been such a compassionate presence in the midst of this physically and emotionally challenging work.
  
  As I was adjusted, the trauma was released and memories would often surface post adjustment in the form of flashbacks. Not only was Dr. Burd able to prepare me for when certain areas of my body were adjusted but we’re likely to release intense emotions and memories, I was given so much support and resources from both Dr. Burd and Towne to handle what has come up in the process. For me, this body work was essential, working hand-in-hand with talk therapy to heal and resolve past trauma and PTSD. The care I received here and the progress I have felt in ALL aspects of my life has FAR surpassed any expectations I had, not just regarding chiropractic treatment, but my overall quality of life.

  Dr. Burd is a compassionate, thoughtful, kind, and incredibly accommodating professional. I’m very grateful for his chiropractic services. Nothing seemed to be helping my pain when I met him, and I’m not sure I could have returned to work without his help. 100/10 Thank you!

  I wasn't someone who saw a chiropractor as a rule, but in the past year and a half, I have been very thankful to work with Dr. Burd and the Foundry. As a musician, he understands the mechanics of what we do, and has been able to make adjustments that have made playing so much easier. I highly recommend the Foundry.
