This is one of the best health spa experiences I have had. I strongly recommend the infrared sauna and float combo. Don’t sell yourself short get the most time for each treatment.

By far the best experience I have ever had! I suffer from chronic back and joint pain. This float process help relieve stress on my vertebra and joints. My hips feel better after the one hour session. I highly recommend this for anyone experiencing joint and muscle pain. It is such a cool experience. Well worth it all!

I love it here - easily my favorite place in Nashville! Friendly and helpful front desk staff (special shout out to Landon!), always impeccably clean, and my sauna sessions have helped me lose weight. I try to go a few times a week and I can definitely tell the difference if I stop going. LOVE that they have screens in the saunas so you can watch Netflix while you sweat. Although I don't float as much, it's amazing if you have a special occasion coming up or if you need to alleviate pain. Makes your hair and skin super soft and glowy too! I would go for a membership since they're super well priced (and there's a student discount too!). Parking is always easy and never a hassle which can totally make or break an experience for me. 11/10! Highly recommend.
