My first home I purchased I didn't think It was going to be possible because my credit and gross yearly income wasn't what I thought would be enough to qualify but he had connections with a lender that made it possible and he got me a great deal. He also helped me get a 2nd home which was a foreclosure and wasn't an easy transaction due to so many rules and regulations but he stayed diligent and fought for me to make sure I got the home. Having Chuck and the venture group is a great feeling of true representation. Thank you Venture Group for being a business of integrity and old school customer service. ( You know when people actually cared...)
