Always very respectful, they ask questions, they did wrap everything and asked if we wanted certain items wrapped that we hadn't wrapped. It took a bit longer to load but it was to our benefit. “This place was very affordable but, had a high end look in the lobby. The room was large and very nice. Opted for the room with wheelchair access shower. It was so nice and was stocked with higher end bath products. Due to covid, there was not a hot or serve yourself breakfast. However, they provided a nice bagged breakfast with fruit, breakfast bars and muffins. Near the airport and a whole lot of other places that we frequent for food, shopping and visiting. I have a feeling this will be my new go to place when I'm in Nashville.”
