I wanted to be sure everyone understands that the providers have gone above expectations in order to help us with treatments. Mental health is a tough practice to maintain when you have people bashing you for services rendered and then expect a free ride because they could not keep their family members in check and on point with their care. I have read a couple of the ridiculous reviews posted regarding Alleviant and please understand there are people out to get their own by harassing and bashing providers. We don’t have enough mental health providers in the nation let alone in middle TN. Crystal, the owner, goes out of her way to ensure our family is first on their priority list and she and her staff will do the same for you and your loved ones. I HIGHLY recommend the practice at Alleviant if you or a loved one needs mental health care. You will not be disappointed but please understand you have to pay for the services provided. “The front desk person was real friendly and helpful. The first non-smoking room we got smelled like stale smoke. She got us a different room that smelled much better however there were light bulbs missing. She was able to find us some light bulbs but then we found out the floor lamp was broken. They no longer serve the continental breakfast however it was advertised as such. She was good to tell us that right away though. The hotel has been through some wear and tear and is in need of some maintenance it was fairly clean and convenient. Again the front desk clerk was very friendly and helpful.”
