I had never had any sort of dental work done before (besides cleanings and fillings) and I went to Dr. Miller needing, not one, but TWO root canals. “Dr. Caroline Howell is my physician and she is the most professional, understanding, kind and patient doctor I’ve ever been to in my life. She always listens to exactly what I’m feeling and experiencing and helps come up with a game plan to help. I am so happy I discovered this clinic close to my house because I actually feel taken care of, respected, and listened to which can feel like it comes few and far between in the medical community in my past experience. Additionally, Lisbeth is always incredibly welcoming and sweet when I call to schedule appointments or check in. She’s very professional and kind! Christa also has a super friendly and kind demeanor and I’ve loved interacting with her when I’ve been there. I felt compelled to write this after an appointment I had today didn’t go exactly how I wanted. I voiced my concerns to Caroline and she listened to me and understood and we came up with a game plan. I was so relieved and happy and couldn’t be thankful enough for her poise and grace in resolving the situation! I highly, highly recommend this clinic to every one I know in the area. “Dr. Cordice is incredible. I am always skeptical of urgent care places, but I was in such pain I decided to try. I had read some bad reviews mainly about the receptionist being rude, but when I called, which was 7:30 in the morning, Dr. Cordice answered. I had a broken tooth that was causing me extreme pain and I couldn't put up with it any longer. He told me to come in at 9. I went there, and he took such great care of me. He was patient with me as I am horrified of dentists due to experienced as a child, but he took my X-ray, numbed me, and the extracted the tooth, which was difficult to get out, but he did it. I cried tears of joy knowing it was out and I would be feeling better. He also made me laugh and had a calming sense to him, which was even better. He also let me listen to music while he did my procedure. He also called me later that evening to make sure I was doing well. I didn't answer as I was sleeping, so he called my mother who was listed as my emergency contact, and she was able to let him know I was doing fine. All of this was on Friday, and my stitches came out Sunday. I called him Monday morning (today) because I was having pain and worried I may have dry socket, and he told me to come in at 1pm. I was early, and he took me back and looked at the site. He packed it for me, and I felt better. He is the kindest man, I would reccomend him to anyone and everyone if you have an emergency situation. He will do anything he can to help you and make sure you're comfortable. I'd go back in a heartbeat. Don't let the location or bad reviews fool you because Dr. Cordice is awesome!”

My schedule was limited so he scheduled me in that Thursday on his lunch hour. Got it done, pain free.
