I called Caputo that morning to see if they could take care of all of them and by the end of the day all of our issues had been fixed perfectly. Brian worked quickly and Chaz even made a separate trip to my home to deliver a part for my water heater. Initially, I didn't care about the cost. I just needed it done to sell my home. To my surprise the bill was very reasonable. About half of what I would have expected for such quick service. In the future Caputo will absolutely be my first call for plumbing or hvac service. “Had an excellent experience using Lopez Plumbing. I had water backing up into my bathtub when using my washing machine so I called around to get estimates. After calling about 4 different companies Lopez Plumbing had the best prices and I was able to talk to the owner directly. He arrived within the 1 hour time window as promised and wore a face mask, gloves and booties when entering my home. He asked questions regarding my issue and shortly after started working on unclogging my drain pipe. He showed me the issue I was having and gave me recommendations on future work that was needed without any pressure sales. I highly recommend them and will be using them again in the future.”

“Bought a house and within one year the downstairs HVAC unit was shot and potentially leaking CO into the house. The home inspector had accidentally listed the unit as 5 years old instead of 14. All of this was uncovered when I had Synergy out for a routine winter service and they quickly found an issue, explained and showed it to me, and shut the unit down at the gas line for safety reasons for me and my family. Scott gave me my options, including replacing the heat exchanger, and gave me space to seek other quotes and make a decision. I decided to go with Synergy, who I had used at my last house where they were able to cost effectively extend the life of my unit. Peanut and Chris came out promptly the next morning and got the unit changed within 2 hours. They also installed a sleek, stainless finish programmable thermostat that I can control from my phone. The experience was tough and expensive given I thought I had more than 10 years left on my unit, but they made it as easy and painless as possible. Nice, respectable, knowledgeable, no messing around. Overall a great experience!”
