As some other posts have mentioned, there will likely be a few issues with quality or maybe mixups with items, that was our experience as well. The entire time, Madeline was great and very responsive. They replaced anything that we had issues with. “During the latest ice/snow event I ran out of my medicine. I called to get it filled but stated I wouldn’t be able to get it until everything thawed out. Tom offered to bring my medication to me because he had a couple of other deliveries he was making to help people out. This man drove to my house and came to my door to bring my medicine to me. I highly recommend Village Rx. I have nothing but great things to say about them!!
