“I live off Gallatin and there's several convenience stores that are equidistant over there. I purposefully avoid those because (A) Gallatin sucks and (B) this place is never crowded. Friendly people work here, plenty of parking, Trinity is much easier to deal with. Great food program here.”

“We moved from Florida without ever seeing the property or speaking with anyone in person. The original leasing agent who was working with us was very unhelpful. When we called in to find out why our application wasn’t being processed a week and a half after it was submitted the Regional Manager, Carrie, took matters into her hands and got us approved the same day. Since then she has been great at working with us and making sure we were happy. We moved in yesterday and are very happy with our apartment. Morgan Properties took over in September last year according to Carrie and they’re in the process of trying to renovate the units to bring the apartments up to modern design.”
