Rachael was incredibly patient with her especially the first night when she spent most of the lesson crying for mommy and not listening. I am blown away by my daughter's skill after four lessons. “Bought a house and within one year the downstairs HVAC unit was shot and potentially leaking CO into the house. The home inspector had accidentally listed the unit as 5 years old instead of 14. All of this was uncovered when I had Synergy out for a routine winter service and they quickly found an issue, explained and showed it to me, and shut the unit down at the gas line for safety reasons for me and my family. Scott gave me my options, including replacing the heat exchanger, and gave me space to seek other quotes and make a decision. I decided to go with Synergy, who I had used at my last house where they were able to cost effectively extend the life of my unit. Peanut and Chris came out promptly the next morning and got the unit changed within 2 hours. They also installed a sleek, stainless finish programmable thermostat that I can control from my phone. The experience was tough and expensive given I thought I had more than 10 years left on my unit, but they made it as easy and painless as possible. Nice, respectable, knowledgeable, no messing around. Overall a great experience!”

“So my daughter broke a string on her tennis racket on a Saturday evening and had a match on Sunday early afternoon. We realized this location would string and had a good selection of synthetic/poly. I called and spoke to Austin, the store manager. Amazing young man! Professional, kind and most patient employee. I ended up having to call several times and he was always happy to hear from me. He offered to let me come in before the store even opened on Sunday morning as well as see if his stringer, Justin, was willing to come in early too. They both were so happy to accommodate and very knowledgeable in matching, as closely as possible, all the details of the string we usually purchase in a specialty shop.
