“Lived in a studio in fairmont for a year and overall, really liked the place. It was practical - great neighborhood for walks/runs and walking distance from walgreens and coffee shops. I only saw a or two bugs in my apartment and the interior/exterior of the building was regularly kept clean by a crew. The laundry machines in the laundry room were the only point of frustration for me as sometimes they wouldn't drain or dry clothes and you'd have to swipe your cc 20 times before working. However, would recommend this place for anyone that is looking for living in the energy of downtown while experiencing some peace.”
