I have to start off by saying AJ was amazing and so sweet. I made the appointment for all the guys in my bridal party and my fiancé, AJ made sure he got what everyone wanted. AJ was very patient and answered every single one of our questions. Please ask for him whenever you go. He made our first appointment so easy and smooth.

10:40 in the morning on Sunday I arrived to drop off my tux rental. I did not know they opened up at 11:00. While walking up an employee that was coming into work early to start a shift, grabbed it from me rather than making me wait the 20 minutes. 10/02/2022. I would like to commend his customer service and overall great attitude for doing a nice thing which saved me 20 minutes. I will continue to be a repeat customer. He could have made me wait until the store opened, which I understand but he didn't.

Very good service and knowledge. Michael listened to what I wanted. He chose several styles and colors that I had mentioned. I gave him a vague description of a shirt and tie for the suit and by the time I tried on the pants, he had the exact set waiting. Really nice suit and even better service!
