I am pleased with the process so far. Candice was really helpful at explaining to my son about what he needs to do from start-to-finish. I am really grateful for the price point as well as I thought it would be more expensive than it was.

Dr. Shawn and his staff are absolutely wonderful. Very fast appointment times .I had expected a wait time of 2-3weeks for an appointment because of covid. It was such a pleasant surprise to get one in 2 days!!!We were also having trouble with our insurance and they did everything they possibly could to help us through the process. The down payment for the braces is so much more affordable than other orthodontist I have met. We couldn't be happier and my daughter got the braces she wanted.

Customer service was great. Every assistant and doctor were awesome. I grow a bond with them all and they were so opening and helpful with my brace journey.

Dr. Shawn & the entire Springfield team is amazing!! While we've never visited the Clarksville office, we have seen Dr. Candace numerous times & she is also very kind & attentive. They are honest & provide the treatment necessary to ensure a straight smile (which is not just for cosmetic purposes but essential for proper dental health for life). Would highly recommend!!

Great people to work with, did a wonderful job. Braces came off 4 months after originally given date-- not bad!! Very happy with the professional staff.
