Yesterday was my first appointment and I was very impressed with the staff. From the front office to the back they were welcoming and professional. Lynne Medley is absolutely fantastic! I have somewhat of a complicated mix of autoimmunes and she took the time to answer my questions and concerns. She made me feel so comfortable and heard. Outstanding office in every way. I highly recommend this practice.

Excellent care. I saw this practice for the first time with my 91 year old mother-in-law on February 1st, 2023. The staff was very helpful and attentive, Dr Steele listened intently to her needs and history. Within a few weeks my mother-in-laws health deteriorated and Dr. Steele called, on his day off, and addressed her needs promptly.
I am thankful for all Crossroads Medical did for my mother-in-law.
