“I have to say my experience with this office and the staff has been nothing but excellent from start to finish. The receptionist answered the phone promptly and was very helpful on the phone which sometimes you don’t experience. The nurse Jessica S really made my son feel very comfortable being there. She is Very kind and really seem to care. Dr Charles Mullins was a very good listener which you don’t always see from doctors. He spent the necessary time to understand our concerns. He took our concerns very seriously and even did bloodwork to help assess the situation. We came back a second day to do the blood work and I wish I knew the woman’s name she was so kind to my son and immediately knew that this was probably one of his first times doing bloodwork so she took extra precautions by having him lay down in a separate room and nurse Jessica talked to him as did the woman taking his blood work to make him feel at ease. After taking his blood they gave him some time and gave him a Sprite to help so he wouldn’t pass out. Don’t let the outside of this place deceive you this is no ordinary office you have some fine caliber people working here. Thank you for one of my best experiences with a doctors office!!”

“My one night stay was perfect! I was there visiting family and needed to stay one night because I did not want to drive back down the Ridge to Nashville at night during a lunar eclipse. First, the cleanliness. So clean! And then there is safety. I felt perfectly safe there. All the staff were awesome. Front Desk ladies were so nice and always helpful. The breakfast was just so good! I wasn't expecting that really. I was going to get something on the way home but I did go in there and it looked scrumptious. Parking is easy. They have a snack shop which came in handy. If I could give 10 stars, I would.”
