She listened to everything I had going on that was challenging me and created a plan of action for moving forward, which was quite thorough. As an experienced professional with a masters degree, I didn't think that I would need Life Coaching, but I was wrong. I realized that we all get wrapped up in our lives, can get stuck, and need someone to shine some light on all the positive attributes we posess and all that we can accomplish.
